She/Her

Do you feel drained, stuck, or trapped in cycles of nervous system dysregulation? Together, we can gently explore the protective parts, generational patterns, and survival strategies that have shaped you, honoring how they once helped you survive while creating space for new ways of being. My Chicago-based practice provides virtual therapy across Illinois and Minnesota, offering a liberation-focused space for teens and adults navigating complex trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, anxiety, and painful relationship patterns.
Many of my clients experience deep disconnection from their bodies, struggle to trust their intuition, or find themselves trapped in cycles of people-pleasing, self-abandonment, and emotional overwhelm. As an integrative, trauma-informed therapist, my approach weaves together Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, Somatic Experiencing (SE), attachment-based therapy, and Jungian depth psychology. I focus heavily on childhood, familial, and relational trauma. I am also a practitioner-in-training with Somatic Experiencing International.
Operating from a feminist, anti-racist, and kink/sex positive framework, I often support LGBTQ+ individuals, and clients with alternative lifestyles or nontraditional, earth-based, and mystic spiritual systems in the Chicago and Illinois area. If you are ready to process trauma at a nervous system level, better understand yourself, heal old wounds, and create lasting change, I'd be honored to support you.
